The learning platform for cohort programs
The learning platform for education, built by an education company.
Syllabase is configured around your institution, carries every stage of the learner journey with AI-powered automations, and is delivered together with the Talentdu team.
A Talentdu product, proven on our own programs first.
Everything a cohort program needs, in one system
What we do
A platform, the automations around it, and the team that makes it yours.
Three things, delivered together under one agreement.
One portal per program, built around cohorts.
Structured around programs, intakes and the people in them.
- Session recordings, notes and files together under each week
- The full schedule published before the program starts, with dates and venues
- Assignments submitted as a file, as written work, or both
- Review, grading and written feedback on every submission
- Attendance taken from the live session or marked by your team
- Certificates held on the learner record and verified at the source
- Self-paced material alongside the live program, with its own assessment
- A learner record that continues after the program ends
Each stage sends the right message, in your name.
Email and WhatsApp carry the work between the stages.
- Invitations with a link each learner uses to set their own password
- Sign-in reminders on a schedule, which stop the moment they arrive
- Announcements posted to the cohort as each recording is published
- Feedback delivered by email as soon as a submission is reviewed
- Reminders and campaigns over WhatsApp, with every attempt logged
- Attendance pulled from the live session each night
- Wording for every message edited by your team, in one place
Configured, migrated and run with your team.
The software, and the people who use it every day.
- Discovery of how your programs run today, week by week
- Your structure configured: programs, cohorts, weeks, sessions, roles
- Content migration from your current platform or your drive
- Onboarding and training for your academic and operations teams
- New automations built as the way you run programs develops
- Support from people who run programs themselves
The journey
One system for the whole learner journey.
Seven stages, each with the automations that run it, configured to the way your institution teaches.
Stage 1 of 7
Enrolment
Learners are enrolled from a spreadsheet or straight from your admissions system, and each one receives an invitation that opens a page where they choose their own password.
Runs automatically
- Branded invitation sent from your address
- Sign-in reminders on day 1, 5 and 10, stopping the moment they arrive
- Orientation form collects what you need before week one
AI-powered
AI where it helps a learner, and under your control.
It answers questions from the material you taught, prepares the first draft of feedback on submitted work, and names its source every time. Your trainers keep every decision, each action is visible and editable, and an institution can switch the whole of it off.
A study assistant that answers from your own sessions
Learners ask a question at eleven at night and get an answer drawn from the transcripts of their own recorded sessions and the course notes, with the session and the minute named so they can go and watch that part. A question it cannot answer becomes a ticket for your team.
A first pass on every submission
Work is read against the brief, including PDFs, images and Word files, and feedback is written in your institution's voice. Your trainer edits and sends it, or lets it go out within a day of hand-in, and anything that cannot be read properly waits for a person.
Switched off per institution, in the database
An institution can require that its programme runs with AI switched off entirely. That is a setting on the institution, checked at every door, so their learners' work and transcripts stay inside Syllabase while everything else runs as usual.
Built with AI by Talentdu
Our team designs and ships your automations with AI agents, which is how a new rule, message or report goes live in days and the system keeps pace with the way you teach.
Built by Talentdu
Proven on our own programs before it was offered to anyone.
Talentdu is an education company. Syllabase was built to run our own programs, where our team teaches cohorts in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, records every session, marks every assignment and reports attendance to an academic partner at the end of each term.
Every feature on this page exists because our own teaching team needed it. Today we build the same for other institutions, under Syllabase.

Learners across our own programs
Your institution
Your programs, your people, kept to themselves.
Each institution runs as its own tenant: its own programs, cohorts, learners and staff, with the separation enforced in the database itself. Your learners reach your material, your staff reach your institution, and each program is configured the way you teach it.
- Your programs, cohorts and materials, held apart from every other institution
- Each program configured to its own structure, schedule and time zone
- Integrations chosen per institution, including whether AI plays any part at all
- Access decided in the database, so a learner reaches their own cohort and nothing else
How it works
From first call to a running program.
01
Discovery
A conversation about how your programs run today: the weeks, the sessions, who teaches, who administers, what learners receive and when.
02
Configuration
Your programs, cohorts, schedule, roles and message wording configured by our team, with your existing material migrated in.
03
Onboarding
Your academic and operations teams trained on the live system with a real cohort, within weeks of the first call.
04
Operation
New automations as the way you teach develops, support from people who run programs daily, and reporting prepared for your partners.
FAQ
Questions institutions ask us
What exactly do we receive?
The Syllabase platform configured to your institution, the automations around it, and the Talentdu team to set it up, migrate your material, train your people and support you afterwards. One agreement, one team, one system.
How does Syllabase compare with Moodle, Canvas or Teachable?
Moodle and Canvas are course management systems designed around an academic year and a catalogue of courses, with a large configuration surface that institutions usually staff internally. Teachable is built for selling self-paced courses to individuals. Syllabase is built around a cohort: a group of people moving through a schedule together, with recordings, attendance, assignments and certificates attached to that run of the program, and the configuration carried out by our team as part of the service.
How long until we are live?
Weeks. Most of that time is your team confirming how the program runs; the platform itself is ready from the first day, and we have taken our own programs through the same process.
Can learners use it on a phone?
Yes. Every page is built for a phone first, and a learner can add the portal to their home screen, where it opens full screen like an app. Recordings, notes, files, the schedule and assignment submission all work on a phone.
Where is our data, and who can see it?
Hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Files are kept in private storage reached through links that expire. Access is decided in the database itself: a learner reaches their own cohort, your staff reach your institution, and each institution stands apart from every other.
What does AI do in Syllabase?
Three things. It answers learner questions from the transcripts of their own recorded sessions and the course notes, naming the session and the minute. It reads submitted work against the brief and prepares the first draft of the feedback, which your trainer edits and sends. And our own team builds your automations with AI, which is how new rules and messages go live in days. An institution can switch all of it off, and that setting is enforced in the database.
Who is behind Syllabase?
Talentdu, an education company based in Beirut that runs its own programs on Syllabase every day, in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, with an academic partner that receives attendance and completion reporting each term. You receive the product together with the people who use it.
What does pricing look like?
A setup fee for the configuration, migration and onboarding, then a yearly licence per institution sized to your programs and the number of learners. Get in touch below and we will prepare a proposal.
