Product
Everything a cohort needs, nothing it does not
Built for programs that run live, get recorded, and run again next term with a new group of students.
Recordings that stay organised
Every session lives under its week with the video, the notes and the files together. Paste a Vimeo, YouTube or Drive link and it plays inside the portal.
Built for cohorts, not courses
Each run of a program gets its own weeks, dates and recordings. Last term's cohort keeps its materials; this term starts clean.
The schedule, from day one
Publish all your session dates before the program starts. Students see what is coming, and get notified the moment a recording lands.
Assignments and feedback
Students submit a file, a written response, or both. You review, grade and leave feedback, and they are emailed automatically.
Progress you can see
A completion table across every student and session, so you know who is keeping up well before the final week.
Files without the email thread
Slides, briefs, curricula and resources attached where students expect them. Any file type, served through expiring private links.
Your brand
Students see your program, not our software
The portal carries your name, your colours and your domain. Invitations and notifications arrive from your address. The infrastructure is ours and stays out of the way.
- Your logo and colours across every page
- Your own domain, with a certificate included
- Emails sent from your address, not a shared one

Professional Diploma, Fall A 2026
How it works
From empty portal to live cohort in three steps
01
Set up your program
Add the course, create the cohort, and publish the full schedule with dates. It takes an afternoon, not a semester.
02
Enrol your students
Upload a spreadsheet of names and emails. Everyone gets a branded invitation and sets their own password.
03
Teach, upload, repeat
After each live session, paste the recording link and add your notes. Students are notified automatically.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
On your own Vimeo, YouTube or Google Drive account. Syllabase stores the link and plays the video inside the portal, so you keep control of your recordings and are not paying twice for storage.
Ready to give your students a real portal?
Syllabase runs Talentdu's own certificate programs. If you run cohort-based training, it can run yours.
